Upload cannot succeed
I have tried uploading my mix several times and I keep getting: Upload error, click here to try again. If error persists please visit our Support Center for help.
This message is not very helpful and does not let me ascertain where the error is. Can you assist me in troubleshooting this so that I can get my mix uploaded?

Hi Tom,
Sorry to hear this, could you tell us what browser you are using, what connection you are on and where you are uploading from? Also, which error messages are you seeing when this happens?
It could be that your mp3 file is corrupt or there are network issues beyond our control.
Please note:
Internet connections can be temperamental, we recommend restarting your router or trying a different machine and connection. Please remember to check your file is .mp3 file format before you retry.
