playlist trouble

Hi

I did upload a track a few days ago.
This is an edit of a track I'm working on at the moment.
since yesterday there's a playlist added to it, with feference of tracks from other people?!!!??

How can I erase it?
is there a way to find who did this?

I must say that i couldn't log for a couple of days, maybe someone used my account...
please let me know how to change this (stupid wrong useless playlist)
