image doesn't fit the player

hi there
i've a player that measures h:680 and w:350, i don't know what kind of image i've to upload to see well and not cropped on the embedded player.

Hi Sergio,

Images are best at 300x300 or 600x600 - unfortunately your player size isn't optimal at that ratio.
