US Copyright law stipulates certain rules around what can be played within radio shows, known as the "Sound Recording Performance Complement" rules.
If however, you are the artist, or label who owns the sound recording rights to the tracks within a show or mix set that is being blocked, you can apply to waive this rule by following these 3 simple steps:
1. Download this waiver agreement
2. Complete the sections highlighted in yellow by the legal owner of the sound recording rights (usually a label, unless an artist self-releases).
3. Email the completed waiver to: firstname.lastname@example.org
